We had one  production facility located in Sichuan Province (Chengdu Production Facility) which is subject to relocation due to governmental re-zoning policies. We are currently planning to build our New Sichuan Production Facility in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province.

Anda Production Facility consists of two phases. Phase I commenced operations in 2021 and is for manufacturing of SOP and granulation of KCL, which hosted four SOP production lines and two KCL granulating lines. We have also commenced construction of phase II of our Anda Production Facility for four additional SOP production lines around June 2021. We began trial production in December 2022 and received the construction completion approval from the relevant authorities in December 2023.

Baoqing Production Facility consists of two phases. Phase I commenced operations in 2018 for manufacturing of SOP, which hosted four SOP production lines as at the Latest Practicable Date. We also commenced construction of phase II of our Baoqing Production Facility for four additional SOP production lines and obtained the approval for trial production in March 2022. We began trial production in April 2022 and received the construction completion approval from the relevant authorities in March 2023.

 Put into production in 2016, mainly producing compound fertilizer products, with three compound fertilizer production lines.

Guangdong production facilities: put into production in 2004, mainly producing potassium sulfate fertilizer products, with 16 potassium sulfate production lines.

Changchun production facilities: put into production in 2008, mainly producing potassium sulfate products, with a potassium chloride granulation line and eight potassium sulfate production lines.
